The Merger of Three Banks

When this bank merged with two others, it ran into the difficulty of integrating their loans portfolio into the main bank's management system. The main bank was not ISI's customer then, but it was aware that a year before we had successfully installed ISILoans in one of the merged banks. Through this reference and previous successes of ISI in the banking environment, we were given the opportunity to migrate the loan porfolios of the three banks and replace their systems with ISILoans.

During the evaluation processes, the bank visited another ISI client who previously replaced eight systems with ISILoans, and the two established a good relationship. This led them to collaborate in the review and reengineering of their credit processes, and to take advantage of the implementation of the new system to improve them. To date, we continue to advise and work with both clients, and the experience proved valuable for the reengineering projects that followed.
